The European Throwing Cup took place in Lisbon over the weekend (11th and 12th March 2023)
Scott Lincoln came 4th in the Shot Put with a throw of 20.73 metres.
In the discus, Nick Percy came 9th with a 60.06 throw and Lawrence Okoye was 10th with a throw of 59.84.
Chris Bennett competed in the B competition of the Hammer throw and came 5th with a throw of 70.12. In the Women’s B competition Charlotte Payne won with a throw of 68.89 will Katie Head came 2nd with 68.65
Tala Tunstall came 10th in the B competition of the discus with a throw of 50.12
